This Cookie Policy explains how [COMPANY NAME] uses cookies and similar technologies on Total-It and the website at [WEBSITE URL]. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They can be used to keep you logged in, remember your preferences or, on many other websites, track your behaviour. Similar technologies include local storage. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them.
2. Our approach: strictly necessary cookies only
We use only strictly necessary cookies, which are essential to provide the Service you request — for example to keep you securely logged in. We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or other third-party tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of you. Our fonts are self-hosted, so loading our pages does not send your data to font providers.
Under the ePrivacy rules, strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent, which is why we do not show a cookie consent banner. They still have to be disclosed, which is the purpose of this policy. If we ever want to use cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before setting them and update this policy.
3. Cookies we use
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| sb-… (names starting with “sb-”, e.g. auth token cookies) | Contain your login session so that you stay signed in securely as you move between pages. | Strictly necessary, first-party | Session; renewed while your session is refreshed and removed when you log out or the session expires | [COMPANY NAME] (set via Supabase Auth) |
| tit_group | Remembers which business you are currently viewing when you have access to more than one. Not accessible to scripts (httpOnly). | Strictly necessary, first-party | Session (deleted when you close your browser) | [COMPANY NAME] |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers the language you chose for the website and dashboard. | Strictly necessary (functional preference requested by you), first-party | 1 year | [COMPANY NAME] |
4. Stripe pages
When you subscribe or manage your subscription, you are redirected to checkout and customer portal pages hosted by Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies on those pages, for example for fraud prevention and to operate the payment flow. Those cookies are controlled by Stripe and governed by Stripe’s own privacy and cookie policies, not by this policy.
5. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary, blocking them will prevent you from logging in or will reset your preferences (for example, your language) — the public pages of the website remain accessible.
6. Changes
We will update this policy if we change the cookies we use. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
7. Contact
Questions about cookies can be sent to [PRIVACY EMAIL].
